EVOLVE SPORTS COACHING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Behaviour & Conduct

  • Evolve Sports Coaching reserves the right to remove any participant from our programmes without refund if they are found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive behaviour.

  • We operate a three-strike policy to ensure the learning, engagement, safety, and enjoyment of all players:

  • Strike 1 – Player is reminded of their behaviour and asked to reflect.

  • Strike 2 – Player sits out for 2 minutes and has a discussion with the coach.

  • Strike 3 – Player is sent home as their behaviour is disrupting the group.

  • Strikes can be earned away if players show positive changes.

  • If a player is sent home for poor behaviour, no refund will be issued.

2. Medical & Welfare

  • All medical conditions must be declared during registration and kept up to date via your classforkids account.

  • Children must not attend sessions if they have been ill within 48 hours prior to a class.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children are well enough to participate.

3. Payment & Booking

  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

  • Paid places will always be given priority.

  • Subscriptions run throughout the year pausing during the summer holidays.

  • If joining mid-month, a covering payment will be required after the trial session to cover the remaining sessions before the first subscription payment begins.

4. Subscription Cancellation Policy

  • One full month’s written notice (via email to info4evolvers@gmail.com) is required to cancel a membership.

  • Fees remain payable during the notice period, regardless of attendance.

  • Exceptions may be considered for serious injury (with medical note) or family relocation.

  • Missed sessions due to personal circumstances are non-refundable.

  • If a player is injured during an Evolve session and misses two or more sessions, refunds will be issued for sessions after the second missed session.

  • If an injury occurs outside of an Evolve session, no refunds will be given as payment secures the player’s place.

5. Photography & Media

  • Parents must declare whether they consent to their child being photographed for marketing use via classforkids.

  • Consent can be updated at any time by changing your settings.

Holiday Camp Terms & Conditions

1. Weather & Cancellations

  • If a camp session is cancelled due to bad weather, Evolve Sports Coaching will either provide a make-up session or a refund.

  • If Evolve cancels a camp in full, all payments will be refunded.

  • Refunds are not issued for missed sessions due to parent/child circumstances.

2. Refunds

  • A 50% refund will be issued if cancellation is communicated within 7 days of booking.

  • A full refund will be provided if cancellation is made more than 7 days from booking.

  • No refunds will be provided for missed sessions on the day.

3. Personal Belongings

  • Evolve Sports Coaching and staff are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings (e.g., mobile phones, money, or expensive items).

  • We strongly recommend children do not bring valuable technology to camp as our camps are no phone camps.

4. Behaviour Policy at Camps

  • Our three-strike system also applies at holiday camps:

  • Strike 1 – Player is reminded of their behaviour.

  • Strike 2 – Player sits out for 2 minutes and discusses behaviour with the coach.

  • Strike 3 – Player is sent home early.

  • Strikes can be earned away with positive behaviour.

  • If a player is sent home, no refund will be given for the remaining time at camp.
